Privacy Policy
What we collect
The VIN or chassis number you enter, the listing details you provide (asking price, mileage, specification), your email address, and basic usage analytics.
How we use it
To generate your report, email you the report link and receipt, provide support, and improve the service. We do not contact the seller.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Service providers
We use data providers to look up vehicle records, an AI provider to write plain-English summaries, and an email provider to send your report. They receive only what they need for that task.
Retention
We keep reports so your private link keeps working. You can ask us to delete your email address and reports at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
